Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to D.A.T.D.A ("the Service"), operated by Strategic Innovations. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.
1. The Service
D.A.T.D.A analyzes text and tool calls you submit and returns a security verdict. It is a decision-support control; you remain responsible for how your systems act on a verdict.
2. No warranty of perfect detection
No detector catches every attack. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty that it will identify all malicious content or produce zero false positives.
3. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use the Service to develop or refine attacks against third parties.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans and prepaid credits are billed as described at purchase. Metered overage is billed in arrears. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategic Innovations' aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in-product with notice.
